Data Collection
The Gamers Guild collects user data of two types.
Personal data is directly submitted to us by the user through support requests, feedback via email and the like. This data is only collected and retained for the purposes of resolving/addressing the relevant issue.
Non personal data is data gathered by the analytics services and ad networks we use. It cannot be used to personally identify the user.
We process data mainly for game improvements and user experience enhancement perspective. Data pertaining to your activities on our applications and, notably, the way in which you interact with our applications (for instance, how and when you use our applications) and with the advertising served in our applications (for instance, number of ads served, potential clicks)
The data we collect is used to improve the game and ads experience. Examples of the data collected by analytics is for instance, how and when you use the application and with which features you interact more or how long it takes you to complete a level.
Technical identifiers such as your Mobile Advertising ID may also be collected where permitted by law and the policy of the specific digital distribution service we are using.
We also collect information on how ads are served and interacted with, for instance the number of ads served and clicked. Where permitted, we may serve personalized advertising in conjunction with the ad networks we use.
Data collection and processing is only carried out after the user consents to the collection and use of his data via agreement with this privacy policy through an In App Popup.
Where consent for personalized advertising is not obtained, ads may still be served but will be less relevant to the user.

We improve our games and ads experience by utilizing features of the third party analytics providers and ad networks we use. These include, but are not limited to:

Optional Account:
The Gamers Guild may have some games or applications that allow the creation of a profile. The creation of this profile is entirely optional and will not interfere with the ability to interact with the rest of the game or app’s features.
It may, however, unlock some additional features such as participation in a public leaderboard or added interactions with other users.
To create this profile, additional information such as a username and age will be required. While the username will always be public, the visibility of other details will be controlled via settings available in the application.
Payment Information:
Our games/apps may contain virtual goods, virtual currency or other features that can be bought, i.e. In App purchases. To carry out these transactions, users will have to provide relevant information such as name, email address, billing and payment addresses and complete credit card information to our payment processing service providers.
